Too many skills, not enough ui.
I love the wide diversity of skills, and want to learn as much of them as I can. However, this has led to my character having too many different skills. They reach all the way down past the screen now. I can't reach a few of my skills now because auto-sort has buried them.

You can expand the panel, you know? I don't think there's THAT many skills, are there?

You can pull the tab up to get all your skills by pressing the arrow on the side or just by dragging up a spot without a skill card in it.

Yeah, I've done that, and yeah, it's still too much. I have an 8x8 screen full of cards, and the bottom cuts off half way through the card. There's more down below, too.

Edit: Screenshot, hopefully I got this to work right: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198030512693/screenshot/2036243145010238543/

If you go into settings, you can set your UI scaling to "75%", which will give you room to have more skills on screen (they'll move back into the visible area on sort)

I do wonder why that's not the default, if the total number of skills in the game will exceed what you can actually see...

Yes, there are (a lot) more skills than there is space in the UI - I am nearing endgame and ... its kinda messy

This worked, thank you! It sucks that the cards are so small, though.

Yeah, this is too small for my 4k screen - now stuff fits, but my eyes give out.

If you right click and drag you can scroll the cards? Having the same problem with about 52 skills
Should be a way to reduce card sizes, but keep text size when you open them.

I was wondering what will happen if I go past the 64 that are at most visible by my calculations. Didn't know the UI scaling thing. And Ow, my eyes.

Can we shave off some width from the money and memory tabs and give it to the skill tab please?

If only you can sort the skills by skill level or highest aspect

the text is verging on too small for me to read at 100% on my 14" laptop, i can't fathom willingly making it smaller :steamsad:

There really needs to be sorting options for skills, both by level and customized by aspect.
Ananym Aug 21, 2023 @ 2:54am
I would kinda like an indicator so I can see at a glance which skills haven't been assigned to the tree (and are therefore good upgrade candidates). I realise I can hover over the assigned tag for a momentary highlight, but man, that is hard to parse given the number of skills and the way the edge highlight effect works.
