Generally, you find a workstation with necessary aspects, and pump the aspect in question into it fom soul/skills/memories/whatever else you have. I'm not sure if you'll end up with potion that way. I randomly made a feather at the telescope with sky aspect. probably need to experiment with different workstations more.

As far as I can tell, what comes out is entirely a function of what aspect you put into it and how much. The difference between stations is which aspects and ingredients they'll accept.

All of them will accept Soul, Skill, and Memory, so if you can scrape up at least five of an aspect between those three, you can do a Prentice-level craft at any station that accepts that aspect. Otherwise, you'll need to find a specific station that will accept both that aspect and the ingredients you have in mind. (Also note that not all ingredients are consumed on use!)

I did make some feathers and airs and sort like that.I just wonder how to make potions to heal the wound.Maybe I should try some other workstations.

Thanks for your suggestion.I noticed that even if I use the same aspects, the products will still change as you choose the different skills.I wonder if there is a recipe or something sort like that.

You mean beverages. There are liquids and then there are beverages. Technically, all beverages are also liquids. But yes, find a work station and craft at it, however note this: The result changes BOTH on what aspect you use and what SKILL you use. Yes, I know at first it might LOOK like it's just one result per aspect, but I assure you it is not.

However, on a recipe on what to make to cure things... I have yet to find how to make anything but eigengrau. But, if your problem is healing things, consider the following:
A: You only need A beverage, not one to blast through the entire requirement in one go.
B: You need to be on a bed. At first, you only have the starter bed that can limit your options, but there are some more deeper in the house. Beds are also workstations that can limit what aspects you need to use on them.
C: You can add memories, skills and soul parts. Don't have something to give you nectar 5, but you DO have health, rain and rites of the roots? Put any beverage in there and go to sleep (in my case, eigengrau is easy to make since it takes 5 lantern and it doesn't have much use)
Bonus: You occasionally find tea and cocoa. (And maybe might make them?) Those become beverages if you brew them over the fire. Do note you also need to use soul parts on it or you destroy them.

I found witching tisane from 5 grail work that provide 2 grail and a heart, also a thing, solution and beverage. The skill i used is the great signs and great scars with 5 grail, but sadly i cannot refer earlier and recall what book it might from. I can assure you that different skills does have different, least not always the same, outcomes.

Yeah, the skill also affects what comes out, though I'm still trying to figure out if there's a pattern or if it's arbitrary. Prentice-level Sky will get you an Awakened Feather or Wistful Air depending on what skill you use, just for an example.

Typically you don't need anything special for the level 5 recipes. Once you do a level 10 recipe, the game then typically tells you another requirement, like one of the ingredient will have to be liquid, or glass, or whatever.
