So, Is It easy?

I am a veteran RPG player, I install hard modes because easy game bore me except If they have a big story.

Is It as easy as they say?

Mains story is easy.
Side content is chalaning more or less.
Dificulty ramps up near the end of the game.

The game is fairly straightforward as far as SaGa-likes are concerned, but getting involved with the ocean bosses and their domains puts you at risk. It's a good bit easier than Legend of Legacy thankfully, that game was brutal.

Extremely easy. Some of the optional bosses can be challenging if you make a choice to not use the full range of gameplay mechanics, but that's not real difficulty.

I'm at chapter 20 and so far it's really easy. Bosses can be easily defeated by big attacks that destroy your weapon.

Easy early in the game. You'll feel a difficulty spike once you advance I say after Ch.19. You'll think ignition weapons will destroy these bosses, but not so much. I can also say your def gear will be important after Ch.19 so better stock up on some money.

And here I am banking on it being on the easier side cause I just don't care about challenge and simply want to enjoy the world and the story being told. I suppose if I get tired of playing legit I can just turn on Cheat Engine or something. I have this on the 3DS but for the life of me I can't remember much besides the starting area.

Ch25 has a really difficult boss so if you don't want the challenge you can forget the game or get the cheat engine ready.

If you mean Chapter 25.. that's a good ways into the game, I'm pretty sure between grinding and gear I'll probably be able to handle it. I didn't mean to imply that I'm *gasp* unable to play games that offer up moderate challenges. Simply that I don't get hung up on needing to play games on the hardest difficulty or crying cause the game was "too easy".

Being able to complete a game is far more rewarding than throwing oneself at an obstacle over and over again. I'm sure those that covet difficulty have their reasons, I just don't see why people get their noses bent out of shape cause a story-based game isn't hard enough.

FYI I grinded 1 hour and still only barely beat it. I don't think a player would have any chance if they don't grind.
