Known issues with XIGNCODE:
Logitech Logicool GamingSoftware: it might happen that the 'multi key setting' causes XIGNCODE to end the running game. To avoid this, please delete all setting of multi key on your mouse buttons and profile. Afterwards you should be good to go.
Setpoint mouse Software: delete all saved macro-settings from MacroEditor of the Setpoint drivers and try again.
If you exit the game and want to start it again immediately, please make sure that ava.exe is properly terminated (check Task-Manager) before actually starting the game again.
Trouble-shooting in case of issues:
Make sure that the GameGuard folder is deleted in the AVA\binaries directory. If this is not the case, please delete it manually including the GameGuard.des file in the AVA\binaries directory.
Make sure to end any unnecessary background-processes before executing AVA and XIGNCODE to avoid the game being closed.
lol wow, we seem to have the same errors at the same time ! I played all week-end perfectly (except for the downtimes at some point) but still able to play a few hours now and then...
But until today, it seems that the anti-cheat is playing god against me, it's kicking me out of the game every time, after 3-4 min, for no apparent reason... I didn't installed anything new or removed something...
But the problems seems to be less global as many players are still online...
EDIT:
-I don't have any keyboard or mouse software, so that part is void for me...
-I've deleted the GG folder and the extra file, double checked, it's long gone now...
-I've stopped all startup and running until Avast remain active. That's it...
Step 1- Download the Xigncode file from here[www.dropbox.com].
Step 2-Go to C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\AVA\Binaries\XIGNCODE.USA (Steam) and replace the files with the files that you just downloaded.
Step 3- Try to load the game again and it should work.
In case it still not working, cantact us againa dn we'll investigate the case further.
I play for about 3 minutes and the game crashes and I get the 0XE019100B Error.
I know now that I'm not the only one, and the GM are already looking into it, but I hope they find out the problem fast! I'm getting bored here lol !
Cheers
P.S.: Is having a lot of different copy of the XIGNCODE folder in the harddrive can cause the problem ? the reason being that I've tested a lot of different files...
P.P.S.: Is having another game using another anti-cheat program installed, but not running, in the hard drive would cause this as well? Combat arms for exemple is using another *weaker* anti-hack program, so could it interfere with AVA ?
Also if you have a gaming mouse or keyboard with macros or integrated memory, you can have the same issue.
Well ok, I've posted this image link in the aeria support forums also:

As you can see, the only remaining noticeable programs are Avast and Steam...
