I have no idea about that I actually played the game for like 2 days and today when I was trying to start it up the game stoped and something suspicious poped up. this is a screenshot I took of it: http://imgur.com/BsMQJW7 when I sent to check this files location it was located in the game files as shown here: http://imgur.com/yJL2qgk the fact that "log" was one of the option does not make me beleive that it's safe. Seeing that this program is likely a virus it makes me ask myself: can companies really get away with something like this? Are they really going to let people distribute viruses(a crime) on steam?

its a false virus, many game virus protectors read some game files as a virus when really it is not I playied this for years without any troubles

you know what's funny? my antivirus could not detect it and it also just to happened to be skipping over the last 10% of the virus scan. If you look in the game files you will find gameguard and gameguard hides itself monitoring all programs that you have open and it also keyloggs. Btw in terms of stopping hacker it does not work at all; I was playing a game onlin and then someone came on they had a constant uav for our team they were autokilling everyone and they were spamming in the chat:aeria sucks 4 messages per second. also that strange virus detected file also came from the game files.

if anything what i'm really wondering is if the game's safe enough that i can get the black rose achivement log off and delete the game files afterwards without any problems

ya you see i was panicking when I found out and then I remembered that the coputor just so happened to update 2 days before I got the game so I was able to restore my system to a point before I installed and played the game which was great all I had to do from there was delete the folder from my steam apps and I was set

I think your safe. The rumors stating that the game downloads spyware are not true.

I have a screenshot of spyware literally in the game folder

what I recomend is creating a restore point in your computor before you get the game and not logging into anything at all. I was luck enough to have one that just so happened to be automatically made just before I got the game because windows updated. If you already have the game and are using I would say get rid of it before it becomes too much of a problem.

Please stop with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
I've been playing AVA since it's launch on IJJI, and not once has anything bad came from having the game installed.
Gameguard is ♥♥♥♥, yes.
GameGuard's coding is suspicious, yes.
SoldierFront used Gameguard at one point, nothing bad came from there either.
GG has been used for year's, i've had it on my computer's since SF launched.
Personally, i think people claiming "Keylogger" or "virus" are full of ♥♥♥♥.
8 year's of playing soldier front, think about that.
8 Year's since GG was first installed, yet nothing bad has ever happened, and my computer is still running just fine.
Don't believe me? Fine, Download Malwarebytes Anti-malware (Or as some people call it MBAM), and Scan the AVA folder.
In fact... You know, i'll scan it right now, for ♥♥♥♥'s and giggle's...
Oh, look at that. One PUP, an XML file.
Funny, from reading this forum... ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥'s think this game is loaded with viruses...
Oh wait, it isn't. Wanna know how? Because if it was, Somewhere between Red Duck and the IJJI server's, the connection got ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
But hey, guess what? If that happened, Aeria wouldn't be hosting AVA, because IJJI would of lost the job because of an unsecure connection.
Now... I don't know bout all you steamtard's on the forum, whining, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, etc, about this or that or "The Black rose, can i still get it? Herpaderp"
But me, personally i love Aeria. Wanna know why?
Because they aren't like other ♥♥♥♥♥♥ F2P game outlet's.
Sure, they have AP. Nexon has NX, Softnyx has some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
But the difference between Aeria, and those other F2P game websites? They tend to Generally care about their player's, now... i don't know about you, but i've seen more mod's/Admins in forum shoutbox's/chatbox's on Aeria's site, than anywhere else.

Now, you wanna talk about suspicious Anti-hack's? Talk about Softnyx's WT Anti-hack.
Or Nexon's Black Cipher.
Or hey, how about a game outlet that's 100% suspicious? Kuma.
Now quit your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, quit your whining about a virus, and play the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.
Don't wanna play it? Don't install it in the first ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ place...

you sir are ignorant. I never stated that the game was bad hell I loved it when I played it however you can't say that this game is better than all other f2p games because this game is a pay to win. When you pay you get better weps and therefore an advantage over other players. Does that sound fair to you? Aeria's anti-hacking is pathetic in my second day of playing the game I experienced the most obnoxiously obvious hacker. he was not only shooting through the walls and getting all headshots but he was also spamming uav and "aeria sucks" in the chat at about 5 messages per second. And don't you go around saying that it is not a keylogger because it is. Everyone says it is and it says so in the f*cking wiki article. I understand that you want to defend this game because it is fun but your two selling points are both ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because the game is pay to win and it does in fact contain a keylogger. I don't know about you but just the idea of having a keylogger on my computor is enough for me to remove the game completely. Also if you actually read some of the threads you would see that plenty of people were not actually able to run the game because their antivirus would not allow it. What was Aeria's response to this? "just turn your antivirus off". For most people the fact that their anti-virus even lit up with a red flag was enough to uninstall the game.:spycon:

honestly steam can jsut remove the game
Jofish-the-thing Mar 17, 2018 @ 3:44pm
not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with this game.
