There is some English patcher that you copy and paste into the game folder and it makes 95% of the interface in readable English, but you end up having to play with 250 ping, which causes you to not have a fair game at all - everyone who is from Taiwan and has 5 - 30 ping will completely destroy you before you can even say "OH, SH*T"

What's worse is that the gameplay is complete garbage - the developers have completely ruined the game - it's nothing like the IJJI game we all played and loved in 2010. This also applies for the Korean, Japanese and Chinese version - they are all complete garbage.

If Neowiz plans to release this same piece of garbage to the West in late 2020 or 2021, then I won't bother playing it at all, I also don't think they will get more than 1000 - 1500 players if they keep the same ugly graphics with Unreal Engine 3, the same broken gunplay and the same P2W weapons and character skins.

They need to update A.V.A to Unreal Engine 4, remove all P2W and focus to make it a good game not a cash cow for ugly skins that make you look like an alien prostitute holding a cat which is actually your gun.

If that's the mindset of everyone, A.V.A is dead.

Current A.V.A is not better than old A.V.A.

Here's why:

- lots of old maps were changed or removed, like Cold Case, Black Scent, Chromite, Castle Rock, Hellhound, Burning Temple, Storm Blitz

- lots of old weapons were removed, like G3A3, the original M4A1 and original AK47

- the Quick Match map pool is favoring a lot of new maps instead of the older maps

- nobody is playing Escort anymore

- almost nobody is playing Annihilation (TDM) anymore

- everyone is playing Demolition or E-Boat


A.V.A Dog Tag did not have a different graphics engine - it was the same as it is now, they just used newer weapon models and the maps were SLIGHTLY improved, nothing else was different. Even the current A.V.A uses the same graphics quality that A.V.A Dog Tag did. In fact, if you look closely, most maps for Demolition have different detail quality based on when they were released - maps from 2007 look like Counter-Strike: Source and newer maps look like an early Alpha of Conter-Strike: Global Offensive.

If A.V.A releases like this, it will be more dead that Black Squad is right now, and at its best, Black Squad had 15,000 players online in 2018, that all changed when they stopped releasing content updates and replaced that with skins and loot boxes and the cheaters infested the game, then the playerbase started dwindling and they merged the servers and now it's even worse, because you have to play with 300 ping laggers from all over the word.

A.V.A can't really compete, as even if it release again, the even dead Black Squad will still be a better game simply because it's newer and gunplay mechanics and movement feel a lot better.
