There is no download button on the Steam page, instead it says I need an En Masse account to link to Steam. I created the account, now what do I do?

Yes, I am doing this just to get the Black Rose knife... hopefully it won't be in vain.

However a year or two ago, there was a glitch in TF2 where the Black Rose was accidently made craftable for 2 days. During this time about 500 tradable Black Rose were created before it was patchrd. You can get one of those, but they are expensive

I had read on the black roses official page however that the knife was going to be made tradable in a past patch but it never happened.
