problemas de fps

por que en el lobby me corre como a 15fps pero dentro del juego me corre normal perfecto diria yo el problema esta en el lobby antes de entrar a una sala me gustaria que me ayudaran muchas gracias

in game setting, lower all the video setting
in game set all the box uncheck
turn off voice chat
set sound channel at 16
no 3D
if all else, then maybe because your computer/laptop is weak for this game?
