Can somone tell me where i can find my serial number and hardware code that I need to activate the toolkit?

They forgot to disable actcontrol for the toolkit. The serial number is your steam key.

I suggest writing [e-mail] to make them aware of this problem.

While I mostly approve of the general balance-changes, I wouldn't have minded giving Legion troops some more oomph compared to the competition.

The steam key was purchased from other shops. No idea how to extract if you buy a game here. Better write [e-mail] and complain. This needs to be patched.

its not there, just about every other game has one, but not this game

You are right. Support said the key is displayed during the puchase process. I can not validate this because I bought it from a different source. Best to contact [e-mail] and ask for clarification how to retrieve the key.
