Actually- do you want to know what they did? The backgrounds are pretty fine, but someone thought that applying post-processing shaders would make the game better- and voila, blurry backgrounds, sharp characters. If they left the game in freaking nearest filtering or would just not add those funny FXAA, HQ2X, bunch of SMAA filters then it would be much better. You can for example use the Demaster mod to unpack the files and then clear the shader code to do nothing. We already practiced this with artists

Initial seed task bug

The place where the password is entered is always X C V B, not custom, such as : D X A W

all it did for me is ensure it crashes ALL THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TIME for no apparent reason

when my keys stop working I press the windows key, then mouse click the ff8 icon in the task bar to return to the game and I recover my keyboard functions. Also randomly I am returned to desktop with game still running and again I click the icon to return. ...this makes it hard to play. I don't run mods, I'm on windows 11. verified local files, ff8 remastered default settings, but with BGM at 20%.

when i try to play the game doesn't start.. someone has the same problem? i re-installed it 3 times but nothing happen when i click on play
