"Internal error 0x0D: Interface not found: SteamClient022!"

So, i downloaded the SpecialK32.dll and all the other components and put in my ffviii folder.
The game starts normally.
But, when i rename the file to OpenGL32.dll i receive this error message.
interestingly, when I rename it back to SpecialK32.dll the game works normally again.
My game runs on field at 22 - 25 FPS.
And in the Battlefield at 12 - 15 FPS.
I've tried everything but every time I fix a problem, another one pops up.
