New Squall character model looks nothing like original
His hair is different and he looks like a child :'(

exactly!!! The most frustrating thing is that players here absolutely do not care about it! :(((((((( Imagine how real Squall should look like in this new model :(((((((((((

I want to buy it so bad but I just can't bring myself to do it. It ruins his character and personality for me completely.

My only hope at this point is that someone mods it. I doubt Square will lift another finger on this. I could care less about the other things they changed just want og squall back. I rather play the old version and use my imagination like the good ol days. hah

In Anime 17 means you're a middle aged man. I think most anime characters saved the world a couple of times by 16 lol. Like around 21 you're a senior citizen and past that you qualify for village elder xD

Most players don't care because this is really just down to opinions and how YOU personally want Squal to look. The creative decisions for the orginal and this remaster where handled by Tetsuya Nomura himself and I respect the man's work.

It's sad mcindus can't change the 3d model yet.
He's just basically paiting over this different Squall.

I'd buy his change with the real haircut. Not this one...

I didn't know there was even a better version than this one.

Well hopefully he will sort things out soon. :)
This game would be way better with some enhancements, similar to FFX HD.
Just that there are already many texture mods available.
