Listen final fantasy 8 is one of my favorite games ever. I was unimaginably elated when I heard about this remaster. But the censorious garbage has long ago reached pathetic and insane levels hence I will never buy this game or any other so long as they are censored.

You have no proof they're being MADE to though. You're purely basing this off of conjecture. The modeling was touched up by the original designer, and the remaster team is based in FRANCE! So ♥♥♥♥ off with this "ermagerd California is censoring" BS.

How do you know that Sony is the one behind this though? How do you know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they're the ones behind the "censor"? Or are you purely basing it on THAT one piece of information?

Short of being able to contact them directly, I think it's probably a safe bet to assume that the Sony policy that has resulted in the censorship of numerous Japanese games, is probably responsible for the censorship of this one, considering it's also releasing on PS4.
