I just cannot get used to FF8 Remastered

Who came up with this "great" idea to remove Squall and replace him with some guy looking like a woman who is dressed like Squall?

Did Square mention why they replaced Squall?

This is just not Final Fantasy VIII anymore.

Played both Dissidias and ya not only is he nerfed (Blast Zone barely has any reach) his alt costume is just the Seed uniform..... plus the only other outfit he has is his Kingdom Hearts one but that is paid DLC (still better than his half dress outfit i guess) luckily Duodecim allowed us to mod in his Cadet uniform and original outfit without the dress....
(Renzokuken is still as fun as ever tho they prob nerfed that as well for NT)

Sure Squalls next costume will be Rinoas oufit.....

Exactly, with that logic they could say the same for Banjo's appearance in Nuts and Bolts which was just plain ugly and abysmal when we knew what he would look like in HD from the first games Cover art....
