Can't open Config.txt Steam Family Sharing

This error occurs because it creates a directory in Documents\my games\FINAL FANTASY VIII Remastered\Steam using the SteamID64 of the person who actually owns it. Just have to use https://steamidfinder.com/ to locate your SteamID64 and rename the directory.
