MIDI Music?

This video is recorded unedited from a Nintendo Switch. So far, this is the only place in the game where MIDI music has appeared. In all other places, the music has been just like the original PSX release. Is this an overlooked problem for the remastered?

So far I've seen it happen in two places. During Dollet mission and second time during Garden attack. Same battle music is in question. It might be related to loading a save-file.

Somehow they managed to introduce more bugs into this version of the game than the 2013 one. Square wants us to be good boys and drink that snakeoil though.
