Timber maniacs magazines finally fixed?

I remember that in original FF8 when you collect one Timber Maniacs magazine, you lose other you have to collect. And if you collect them all, you reveice new info at the in Garden Square section.

So is this finally fixed in remaster, or still impossible to get all Timber Maniacs magazines?

I doubt they fixed it but I believe they screwed t up even more as everything they did.

What bug are you referring to? The 2013 release of the game has an achievement for getting all of the magazines, and I got that in my play through.

I remember that in original PS1 version it was impossible to collect all magazines, since one of them disappared after picking other. If that was fixed, then COOL :)

Are you referring to the magazines on the second floor of Balamb Inn and the one in Balamb train station? They're mutually exclusive. Getting one removes the other.

Balamb has two possible places to get it's magazine. the magazine flags are based on location and not by a specific number so either the train station or the inn gets you what you need there. you'll get the achievement and it isn't a bug

So in the end you can see "special" category unlocked in the Balamb Garden Garden Square section, in the computer at classroom?

You bumped a four year old thread just to say something incorrect. I confirmed that the achievement for this worked even in the 2013 version of the game. I also asked for clarification on what bug, specifically, was being referred to. That was contributing something of value. Other users after me clarified that what the OP was referring to as a bug wasn't a bug at all. This issue has been resolved for almost half a decade, and there was no reason for you to chime in. Don't revive old threads with your nonsense.
