Can't even beat Omega Weapon with all the cheats xD
I activate the boosters so i have 100% limit break and instant regen of HP on hit.

But Omega weapon has 3 abilities that one shot kill your whole party.

I geuss there is meant to be a mandatory auto life spell / RNG hope phoenix procs multiple times or something.

There is also the option of using Selphie to one shot it ofc.

Just find it amusing how even with what is basically an invincibility cheat it still can't be done without simply doing the same thing over and over until the AI decides not to used one shot kills.

The only threats while cheating should be lvl 5 death which is easy to avoid and light pillar which can't be avoided outside of using something that grants invincibility.

Zell is also capable of one shotting the boss, he is the only character that can actually do 1million damage through his limit break, but this require's some RNG and really good timing.

You would think so, I had a sub 100 char to revive others on LvL 5 death and 9999 hp to avoid megido flame deaths.

With the cheat mode active too i would instantly heal to 9999 again.

Terra Break, which is supposed to only hit for 4000 each, was simply hitting for 9999 and one shotting everything, no idea what I have done so wrong to cause that though.

Except for using Selphies LB, or getting lucky with phoenix pinions, I can't see how it's possible with a random chance to wipe you out.

thats a bug unless you hit yourself with meltdown? terra break should not be doing that much damage

I do remember beating him on Playstation version by transmuting a card to 100 Holy Wars (Invincibility for the whole party). Don't remember what card gives those, though.

People did this without cheats 20 years ago. You can, too!

Learn the order of his attack patterns, then summon a GF to eat the damage for you when the worst comes along. In between, lots and lots of Renzokuken and Aura.

Use Sephie's The End limit break which is insta death to all enemies (apply to Omega Weapon as well). Keep switching until you get The End, this is how I won back in PSX day by keep Sephie HP low enough and BAM The End. If HP is still a problem, get Holy Wars (grant invincibility on whole party for a duration). There are guides of how to get Holy Wars, all of them have different way of obtaining them.

Card mod Gilgamesh's card for the 100 holy wars, card mod Laguna's card for 100 heroes which are single target holy wars

Gilgamesh's card gives 10 holy wars. So you need to get it 10 times from the CC Club, when you are on Ragnarok, before fighting Ultimecia.

But Laguna's card indeed gives 100 Heroes alright. :)

Pro Tip - Keep squalls level low. Omega's abilities are based on his level. He wont have most of those if he is level 10.

Keep Squall low, raise everyone else, it makes Omega an absolute joke.

This only applies if they kept the same system from 2013. With the removal of Contrived Finish, I am unsure if this is still the way it is.

Only if its based off the 2013 version. The original PSX version has Omega at level 100 by default. So going into the fight in PSX at lvl 7, is death.

original game i just had my two other characters use an aura stone on squall and a holy war. that's all they did, everything else was squall firing off limit breaks until omega died.

you can fill up with the items needed from the card game, just keep going and getting the cards you need for them
