Worst move and anti-consumer, if you want a ftp do a different version. We all payed for the original game and this crap of "legacy-beta solution" is not enough at all. Do your job, make two versions and thats all. The original game was not a free to play and i don't care about your "new vision of the game" if you remove the original or "hide it" on beta branch, what a shame.

Since there is no publisher for a previous version, it would get removed anyway. There was no point in adding it separately and paying additional bucks for listing a new product. Having both versions in the same place is probably the best solution in this case.

I'm new to the game and I like it so far. I've only played the new version and had no problems with it.
Tho I can see why old players may get upset about sudden unnanounced changes.

No, they can't because we have purchased a license for the full version and not with the neutered content.
New propaganda version commissioned by the psuedo Polish government should be a separate game.

Nie podoba mi się ukrywanie poprzedniej gry w kanale beta. Wolałbym się cieszyć dostępem do obu wersji jako osobnych tytułów w Steam. Jest to uzasadnione, bo choć obie gry łączy ta sama tematyka, starsza stawia na rozgrywkę, a nowa na historyczną wierność, które to wartości są sprzeczne.

Rozumiem, że jako Instytut Pamięci Narodowej są Państwo zobligowani do kultywowania wartości zawartych w nazwie organizacji. Moim zdaniem nie stoi nic na przeszkodzie, aby opublikować pod szyldem IPN również wcześniejszy produkt. Proponuję udzielić informacji, jakie aspekty rozgrywki odbiegają od realiów Powstania.

Proszę również, aby w nazwie żadnej z gier nie używać wielkich liter. Dawna Internetowa netykieta określała tak pisany tekst KRZYCZENIEM, co jest nietaktem. Po zajęciach na ASP z typografi wiem również, że tekst pisany wielkimi literami jest paradoksalnie trudniejszy w odczytaniu. Doświadczony czytelnik czyta całe słowa, jeśli są napisane małymi znakami, w przypadku wielkich liter musi odczytywać je na poziomie znaków (chyba że chodzi o HOTEL czy BAR).

Dziękuję oczywiście za inicjatywę bezpłatnego wydawania tej formy mediów. Jestem zainteresowany Państwa projektem i czekam na premiery... Co do pierwszej, wyżej wymienionej... jest na wyciągnięcie ręki ;-)

Check the fine print. Publishers reserve the right to make whatever sort of alterations they want. You should be well aware of that every time you purchase digital media.

Note for the devs:
Even an extra entry for the free version had been the smoother decision. It's appreciated that you made the original elements available again.

But you should make a sticky note in the game discussion forum with the legacy version and now to access it in this game forum to avoid future flare ups for those for not know yet about the change or who simply forgot about the change as your patch update notice will get eventually lost were the sticky note will remain clearly visible on top in the game forum! I do like the idea to make a broader access to the masses about this terrible chapter of history available to a wider audience by also including more historical data in the game. Honestly sounds like the scam on amazon where sellers take a site for a good performing item with good reviews and replace it with a bad expencive one. Until people see its actually bad and bad reviews come in they sold a bunch and got a lot of money.

Well a bit late to the party but, for some reason I don't see the legacy version in betas, anyone who can help?
