Just an opinion) The flesh hub sequence (jumpscare) feels really unnecessary

I don't mind the game having jumpscares at the secret stages (though there were just a few), but the sudden jumpscares from just randomly wandering through the map seems really forced and annoying instead of terrifying b/c I constantly have to prepare lowering down my game volume

I liked them personally. I just thought it was annoying that they disappeared so fast, in one case before I could read all the text, and there was no way to see them again (well, aside from youtube). And maybe that they didn't matter at all - none of them even have enemies.

Yeah the flesh hub visuals were nice (not gonna lie), but I hated the sudden shrieking in my ears
