Full screen only, thin black line on 4k monitor.

Probably setup specific, but while full-screen, noticed a 1 or 2x pixel thin black line, width of the screen, about 1/3 the way from the top. When the Settings menu is open, the line goes away. Line is noted in all "environments/scenes". This line is not noted on the Win11 desktop or any other apps or input sources.
