All Achievements not unlocking

I have gone through all 3 bad ends which should have at least unlocked the achievements for early death and find Uri, but none of them have been unlocked. I am playing on Mac Catalina 10.15. It doesn't affect gameplay or anything but it bugs me. Any suggestions?

the same thing is happening with me. I also am on mac, perhaps it is to do with that. Very annoying since I enjoy getting achievements.

Playing on Windows and achievements are not unlocking either!
