UK pricing, is this correct?
The, er...the pricing on this title doesn't seem to match up with the rest of the series.

Currently in the UK Steam store, it's £8.36 with a 10% discount.

Full price is £9.29. Is that correct or a glitch as it's just been added to Steam?

Thanks.

Same in € - 9,99€ with 10% Discount, so its 8,99€.
I ask myself the same question. the pricing is out of the regular and i hope the devs will explain, why it is 3 to 4 times more worth, than the others.
i love the series for their minimalistic, but still original ideas. i hope they didnt overload it, just to tag the price higher.

Edit:
3 to 4 times
not 4 to 5 ;)

Thanks for chipping in with the Euro pricing.

Looking at the screenshots, no level goes above 5.8 in the pictures, so I doubt there is a big increase in the amount of game for your money.

Big Fish Games have it priced at £10.80...looks like that price hike might be real. :/

In US, it's $12, on sale for about $11 and earlier series where all $3 each. I wondered the same thing.

It's also 4 times as expensive in PLN. I guess Jetdog just lost many 1st day sales.
Sounds like it's that price all over then. I don't know how pricing systems work, maybe an incorrect price was listed somewhere that updated incorrect prices all over...or maybe they've just hugely increased the price, who knows?

As you say Ullandon, I won't be making a purchase at that price unfortunately. For small purchases I tend to use Steam credit that I make for selling trading cards etc., and then have a little treat with cheaper games.

I know it's not hugely expensive in the grand scheme of things, but when it's compared with something like Atom RPG that I've just bought on GOG for around the same price, it is expensive when considering the amount of hours of game play and the sameness of the game to the previous iterations.

Still, I don't begrudge the dev team, they have bills to pay same as the rest of us. But for me, I'll be waiting for it in a sale, or maybe in a bundle...I think I first found the series from something like a Humble Bundle, so who knows!

Pricing in Canada is $13 with 10% off. The game has been released for a few months on other lesser known web based gaming services. One of them is charging $25!
How irritated would you be if you buy it for $25 and then spot it on Steam for less than half that at full price...

It is a very big price hike. The Hercules and Alicia Quartermain games are very nice distractions, but they aren't worth 10 euros each.

I came back here to say that because of this pricing, I found the Gnomes Garden series. I have enjoyed it enough to put off this title until it drops in price. Hopefully it isn't against the rules to suggest this. Thanks.
I've never heard of that before, thanks for the tip, I'll look into them!

Have you heard of the Alicia Quatermain series? It's by Jetdogs, very similar to Hercules but with different characters/graphics, that's another one to try in the meantime.

The Alicia Quartermain series is very good. There are also Archimedes: Eureka and Kids of Hellas: Back to Olympus both also by Jetdogs.

Kids of Hellas is the easiest, Alicia Quartermain comes next, then Hercules and Archimedes is the most difficult one in my book.

I've played all of the Jet Dog games to this point. I didn't really like Archimedes much but did really enjoy the others. I got a whole pack of games from the guys that do Gnomes Garden, if you just want to see if you like them, buy the Lost Artifacts game. It has the same mechanics as the gnome ones and haven't found any bugs yet and I'm around level 31 or so.

Видимо из-за того, что все уже наигрались в предыдущие части серии игр, новые брать не хотят. И чтобы окупить убытки, цену подняли в 3 раза.
