I have a problem (spoilers warning)

I can't get route B and Hyesung rapport events on Deserter chapter. Before doing route B, I finished route A and true ending, but i still cant start route B, i even read walkthrough and did everything like it said and still i didnt get Hyesung rapports, is it a bug or i did something wrong?

B route is supposed to be harder to get to, but it's possible to get to it without having completed true route! you said you read a walkthrough but just in case you used a different one, Here [psnprofiles.com] is a link to the guide i used. if i formatted it correctly.

at the Beleaguered discussion segment, after completing it and displaying keywords, you'll have choices. these decide what route you continue on. choose the left option, and when faced with another question, once again choose the left option.

the differences aren't super noticeable at first so you might've actually been on it without realizing, and thought it wasn't. after Deserter you'll be faced with another choice and you MUST pick the option on the right to stay on B.

you should be good from there! i really just recapped from the link i sent but if you still have problems we can find out whats up

I tried again, and did absolutely everything like guide says and i still didnt get full Hyesung rapport in Deserter chap and he still dead after. I do not know what the problem is, i get capped on Hyesung relationship and it was fully trusted, but for some reason he only played Fault rapport. I understand you can go route B without he's full rapport, but for some reason he's dead, despite what i did everything to get route B
