What does JM and SM stand for in multiplayer?

As the topic says. In multiplayer there is an option to choose team 1,2,3,4 but there is also JM and SM team. What does it mean?

To add to what Komi said, JM is an advanced form of SM. When you are JM, you will be able to see the vision and resources of any player you select.
