Could not find supported display mode
I have tried the things suggested in the Bugs & Troubleshooting thread, and I have disabled my multimonitor setup, but neither of these things sorted it out for me. So now I am not sure what else I can try to get the game to run.

Any help would be appreciated.

Alright, I'll be posting a 100% solution to this but it requires a 3rd party program by the name of dgVoodoo2 which is essentially a wrapper.

This will have to do until the team fixes the issue.

Note 0: The game will work with multiple monitors by default. You don't have to disable them. This issue is caused by something else. Most likely the DirectDraw method (e.g. DirectX 7).

Note 1: Earlier I wrote that this would cause desyncs in Multiplayer, but it actually works fine and, for example, is essential for users who got AMD GPUs.

Note 2: This solution will also allow you to have the smoothest BR experience and you'll be able to capture the game using OBS and other programs alike.

Hello.

Please, state your resolution and the models of your monitors. If you're using any 3rd party soft (for example- Nvidia DSR), do tell what's in use.

Asus VG248QE, monitor with a resolution of 1920x1080 and 144 Hz
Acer H223HQ, also 1920x1080.

I am not using any 3rd party software that would interfere with graphics.

This version of BR supports multi-monitor setups. Yours are 1920x1080 both, so you should be fine...

The solution may be pretty simple, but may as well be way too simple to be true. Nonetheless, navigate to your BR folder, find Battle_Realms.ini, open it up and change

[VideoState]
Width =1024
Height =768
to
[VideoState]
Width =1920
Height =1080

Report back please. :lunar2020halodragon:

That sure is interesting... Have you tried capping FPS to 60? BR should work with uncapped FPS but I'm not sure how it'd like the displays with a refresh rate higher than that.

Capping my framerate? How would I go about doing this?
If you mean lowering my screens Hz, I just tried that and it didn't make a difference.
