Training stand ?

Hi,
I think I am 1 or 2 missions before the end and I realized 3 missions ago that a training stand was available !
How did it come ? Is it something special I did or it appears everytime after a specific mission ?
I experiencec exactly the same with the merchant and the fact that you could transmute items. It appeared without I realized...

If you are playing the Invasion campaign, those options appear at specific points in the campaign, and will be pointed out in the between-scenario dialogues. If you weren't reading them, or clicked through them too quickly, then you could have easily missed them.

In other campaigns, the options come and go depending on the situation in the campaign, so it is a strategic choice, as well as a narrative one, to utilize them.

I was '(just finished my Veteran Iron Maiden mode) playing the Invasion Campaign, and that is what I thaught, I probably read too fast.

I think I am gonna go a new run at General Iron maiden difficulty.

Training Ground is unlocked after Krell's Landing, the one you finish Borderland and march toward the Sunken Lands. Merchant is after Porikos.

Edit : I finally started a Legend campaign (non Iron Maiden)
