Is this a joke or a lie? There is absolutely no DLC available to buy. The store page simply does not contain anything other than the Soundtrack. And yet you say the 'Buccaneer' was released on the 21st - 8 days ago - What the heck???? And the tip doesn't work or even change anything. Very disappointed, to be honest - how is it literally every other game on Steam can accurately post/display/use/allow purchase of DLC and not this one?

It's neither. It was out, but the steam version had a problem where it didn't load for most people, so it was removed from the steam store. The problem has been fixed with a hotfix today and it will be placed on the steam store again in a few days.
