The Bluefields task is to build 4 Rum Distilleries, preferrable next to sugar and houses to get some bonus. Are you sure you build the correct business? (4 Breweries was one of the tasks before Bluefields.)

Yes cause I had no problem with other ones just this one it isn't giving me credit for placing them I had so many breweries I was making +54 a pop

Breweries make beer, Distilleries make Rum, did you place breweries or distilleries?

Brewary's The campaign mission doesnt allow you to make rum distillerys only brewaries so you cant really make a mistake there

Bro I don't remember exactly what that task is, but it seems you need to unlock the concession to build distilleries in the viceroy menu, and then build those at Bluefields

It says in the mission of the campaign to build brewery
Roman_Reins Oct 8, 2020 @ 6:43am
your right i looked just gotta figure out now how i can get the fame to unlock it from the viceroy
TheCollector Oct 8, 2020 @ 6:46am
Hint :
Save the game
Unlock the Rum Distillery by using a Fame Point
Build 2 sugar plantations and 4 Rum distilleries in Bluefields
Produce 100 Rum

This should get you through this part of the campaign. If it doesn't work, go back to your save.

The breweries for Bluefields are likely a text error.

At this point in the campaign, the easiest way to get fame is to either do town tasks (when there's a star next to a town name), completing these gives you about 25 fame per task. Alternatively, selling colonial goods (cacao, coffee, cotton, tobacco) at the viceroy town (I believe in Maracaibo) can give you up to 100 fame per in-game month.

Another question im so close how do you get workers to citys so that you can get administration
TheCollector Oct 8, 2020 @ 4:47pm
Go to Maracaibo and hire sailors for your ship, sail to the town and drop the sailors there. (Sailors are expensive so be careful). The sailors are now free workers. Build business in town to employ enough workers and provide enough building materials to allow AI to build residential areas for the new workers. Population of a town will increase by 4 people for each employed worker over time if town is supplied with commodities.

Sailor are free

While on your ships sailors cause additional daily costs. Workers in your business also cost money each day, but they usually produce something you can sell for a profit. Sailors produce nothing. Check your convoy details.

well i did as you said needed 20 workers have given these guys 60 sailors still isnt giving it to me
