Hi Sampstra - just curious - have you beaten all the campaign missions? That would be a great thing for you to focus on if you plan on any more videos. I'd love to see you play through the massively difficult campaign missions that everyone is having trouble on. It would be a great way to gets some tips from you!

I haven't had any real problems with any missions so far (I'm in the 4th Nosfernus). I did restart 2 missions (wasn't far in yet) which is not weird imo.

Well the Nosfernus part of the campaign is fairly simple. It's mostly the 3rd Dracul mission that seems to slap folks out of nowhere, due to 2-3 maxed armies attacking every several turns and the player is stuck with a second general that has -3 army slots, leaving 6 units to face off against 18.

I'm not surprised that some folks recommend abandoning the starting area completely and having Vlad capture a Keep up north to start getting territory there, where the AI triggers are slower.

That Lord is pretty amazing though. If he levels a bit and gets a nice item or so he can murder armies on his own :p
But yeah, it's so far the most difficult map I've played.
