So, I wanted to grab proof for the neigh sayers. Solo play is possible. Not only is it possible, its possible to full clear a map, get near 3k points and pull out as long as you know what you're doing. And yes, kill ALL the T-rex possible. (went for the T-rex egg mission while I was at it for increase T-rex kills.) That's 4 T-rex kills.

Now sadly, it seems I got a bug and there was no loot being dropped from mobs, so this was my items collected. TBH I was there for the research and potential blue stuff anyways because that's what I need atm. Was 15 before the mission and I leveled to 16 afterwards.

Why are you not using the auto reload for my weapon on revolver is beyond me, it makes all other reload talents redundant so you can allocte your upgrades onto damage/utility on your main weapon....

Anyways, game can be soloed atm with any character, some are juts more broken than others (namely Amir with his grenade launcher)

Eh, I use my rev more has a pocket sniper then as a low ammo reset
I've since bought it, but well, I prefer the old style of reloading over headshot giving me magic reloads.

did u die and respawn? cause i noticed that once u die and respawn, there's no more loot drops

Yeah solo isn't exactly hard just time consuming.

Beat all but the last mission now using mostly the assault rifle/scout rifle on the adrenaline and dash hero.

Once the AR gets a few points in it it's pretty solid, the scout is good for thinning the random encounters although honestly once I found out about the equipment ammo deploy plus frag nade spam combo the game was a bit of a cake walk really.

Like you can complete the 2nd bottom level with the data centers in about 25min solo only doing the side missions closest to you and get like 1k research/xp for it and a ton of the Ankylosaurus parts (the armored dudes you gotta flip over).

You can dodge basically everything with strafe jumps and then her dash is a quick get out of jail free incase you need a bigger dash.

i have complete every single mission solo i'm using the girl with the dash(forget her name). It was a little hard at first, but once i figured out i could dash side to side and the monsters attack patterns it was certainly doable

Seems this bug of the loot must be tied to some weapons, i use mainly the ar and got 237 materials on my 5 star solo run. Will avoid some guns until the issue is fixed.

The reason why people are complaining about it, is because it's the first thing they do. They jump in the game, barely knowing the controls, trying to do a simple (tutorial) mission and get completely overwhelmed at the first mob they find. This is a terrible learning curve.

Of course you can beat the game solo if you're level 15 with perked out weapons, having completely mastered the 2h of content there is in your 10h+ of playtime so far. That's the kind of stuff you do when you've beaten a game so many times and you're just looking for a challenge. This is a completely different story for people who just start the game knowing nothing other than WASD, leftmouse and rightmouse (or the gamepad equivalents).

I dunno, I disagree. You can solo the game below level 10 and I've done it just now. Jurgen is OP because he can literally stunlock groups of enemies, throw satchel, rinse and repeat. I even killed a TRex because of how good his abilities are. Try it yourself.

I might even record it later.

If you catch the repter group leader that continues to be Respawn in the red level 3 area, it will come out well.

You don't have to grab the rex alone.

Literally just spam A/S/D and space to jump and the dinos miss everything and you can infinitely kite them - this includes while you are healing and reloading.

Its really not that hard (occasional bug might down you but 3 extra lives is plenty) - just kinda time consuming playing solo.

Didnt record it because the first game was literally me stumbling around and kiting 50+ raptors for 5-10min at a time while playing with my settings and controls hence the 2 stars and 50min game - i also didnt know about all the side objs or couldnt be bothered with them.

Fast results for power farming but the major drawback is the game does NOT like this at all, lots of bugged HUD elements and in the endgame (idk if this is going to be important in the future) but if you arent in the area when the task is complete it sont update your map it will say unaffected rather than major victory even though it was cleared.
