Possible Crash fix if nothing else works

Just a fix I managed to get working after a couple hours. I tried all the previous tips but nothing worked. Prior to relaunching I closed out Malwarebytes, Wallpeper engine and Elgato Sound capture. I then went into my NVidia CP and changed the GPU to the other setting (in 3d program options) and changed it back to NVidia. After my screen refreshed I gave it one last try and something made it work.

Doubt this will help anyone but hopefully it does at least one.
