I have a ryzen 2700x and a 2070 gpu and im getting 60fps on ultra. honestly pretty impressed with performance. Graphics are decent, looks alot like rage 2 (same engine).

are you implying people shouldnt buy high quality PC parts and expect a game to run well? Most PC gamers know if you cheap out on parts, or cant afford parts, then you just have to suffer with weaker performance.

it runs fine on my system too but i guess people are gonna shame me fore having a solid PC.

I'm getting a solid 120 FPS at ultra settings. I saw zero frame drops running around the map for an hour straight. Perhaps post your PC specs instead of jumping on false accusations.
