Time trial

cant for the life of me finish the two timed trials that are the only ones needed to open the next gate near the end "Holey Matrimony" and "Pandemonium" I want to beat them on the normal difficulty not easy and cant fins any solution stoping me from playing the game... anyone know of a youtube video that shows how?
