Training ?

I dont understand how it works . Like i understand certain knights will in theory boost certain stats but how many times do you have to train with them in order to boost the stats . The tutorial didnt really make clear if you you are picking the trainer or trainee first so for instance if i pick Van then the queen is he training her or is she training him ?

The Knights train the Queen.... but there ends my understanding... its hard to se in WHICH topic or STATs....

I tried a few things
Two knights training together [Olof 1st choice -> Remy 2nd choice] and nothing happened to either of them
Queen -> Olof = nothing
Olof -> Queen = Queen gained 1 power after about 5 sessions
Neufchateau -> Queen = Queen gained 1 power after about 5 sessions

What confuses me is that Olof has a higher Health [7 health vs 5 power] so I figured that the Queen would gain health but she didn't. Although I suppose training does imply physical exercise.

I think later on when you unlock the Labyrinth you can use that to gain honor? I assume you need high power to get through the Labyrinth although I'm not sure yet

ok well thats sort of annoying that you have to train 5 times in a row to buff a stat but i guess the game would be to easy if it was after 1 session. thanks
