[Bug Report] Floor (Loose) never finish dismantling.

So far this has been on all Loose floor tiles i have tried. The progress behaves normally until it is finished when the bar vanishes but the captain never stops their actions the tile is not dismantled and no items are generated from the action. I am noticing scrapping to work and actually cause damage to the object but maybe adding a different state broke all the undamaged tiles when they are loose. It could also just be that whatever action it is pointed to do is just missing or misspelled.
Players will attempt this at game start to plug holes when scrap store runs out of carbon fibers and not realizing how frequently they refresh, since certain starter ships start with patches.

Had this one, too. Once the "dismantle" failed, I tried "scrap"(on the same pieces) and it was instant. I'm guessing the "dismantle" is doing something, just can't quite finish the job.
