0.14 NPC crew obsessively playing broken, uninstalled arcade machine

I have a broken arcade machine sitting in my cargo hold I was going to repair and sell, and both of my NPC crew, whenever set to auto-task, are spending all of their time somehow playing games on the broken, unpowered machine, regardless of what kind of shift they're set to, preferencing it even over assigned work tasks.

I've seen this but before, but Its only happened on a working installed machine, super strange, they will do the same thing if you have excercise equipment as well, been an issue since at least 0.13 I'm gonna have to get an arcade machine and do some testing to see if i can duplicate this difference between now and the last time i saw it.
