Game freezes

[Hydroplatypus]

Save file below freezes consistently within about 30 seconds of loading the save. lag spikes were getting a bit, so I saved the game, pruned npcs, saved again, and reloaded. Unfortunately both the pre and post prune saves - identical save for the prune between them - run into the same issue. Have loaded 4 times and it has frozen at roughly the same point every time I load, so the failure seems consistent. Nothing notable appears in the debug console prior to freeze. Save was made on version 0.12.1.12 (64) on windows 11 OS.
