Initiate / negotiate pay

When I first hired my crew member I got an option to raise their rates. But I asked a different question and the dialogue option disappeared. I have tried many times to find a way to get that option back so I can raise their pay but I can't seem to get the option.
Anyone know how to get that option back?

you an only adjust their rates when you're hiring them or if they're asking to quit. The dialogue option probably appeared because they felt so bad they wanted to quite but then something you said made them feel better and decide to stay on

Aha! Yeah they were completely depressed and drunk out of their mind but I still took them on and they've been a great ADHD crew member deserving of a raise! I was hoping the raise would help the guy's spirits more! lol
