Repering Katana or Cutless

I have a Kantana and a Cutless that i want to restore but it says I needs buffering tool but i cant find any info on what that is. Have anyone found how to restore this items?

The angle grinder has buffing, haven't seen it on any other tool.

Yeah you need the angle grinder and some cloth (your character will rip up clothes, so keep those hidden away, if you don't want to lose your favourite shirt)

Also in regards to the cloth, keep the cloth your using as separate items instead of a stack. I say this as the last time I had my character repair the Machete that I'm using the game burned through an entire stack of cloth at the same rate and effect as a single cloth, Hygiene packs work the same way by the way. Now I don't know if this was intended to work this way, or if it's a problem that's been fixed or not, as I'm not one to test such things on a constant basis, and I would understand if a stack of ten cloth had ten times the effect or lasted ten times as long as a single cloth did, but I didn't notice any difference on my end.

Fun fact though, if you use clean cloth once the condition drops to zero it becomes dirty cloth which can still be used, but once the dirty cloth hits zero it becomes trash.
