Report a translation problem
I usually fast forward 6-9 hours while training, then eat, drink and wash up, then go sleep.
I didn't start till I had enough money that I could waste time, and usually only do it when it suits me. As in I don't have something more important to do.
Are you using Superffwd? That would be my suggestion. I'll be honest I don't usually train out feeble/unfit but that's what most folks use.

I think both free and work time works.
Don't know if one is better than the other.
I just know you'll want it set to sleep when sleeping, to get the best sleep.
And work when working, so your chars don't keep going off and doing other stuff.
