question walls

so i am wondering do i need floors under wall or not to make it air tight

I would recommend having floors under any internal walls for no other reason that if you decide to move the wall you don't end up with a hole in your formerly pressurized ship.

If I am able, I put wall, floor, conduit on all external walls. Not a requirement for air tight but as a diagnosis and protection against impacts. The floor helps absorb impact damage. The conduit because its fragile marks the impact easily in powervis.
