Unable to comply

Alright, so I got every tool, all of them, at the same time in my inventory, they've got charge, and yet when I try to uninstall these fusion reactor parts, i get "unable to comply". Happens with all crew members. What gives?

sometimes its a bug, save and reload.

sometimes its a pathing error. just move you guy around a bit.

did you uninstall the coils first? i think those have to be uninstalled first before the reactor. not 100% off the top of my head so that may be wrong.

Yeah, restarting the game fixed the issue. I'm still confused by the fact that my guys keep repairing things instead of finishing placeholder constructions. Is it a work priority thing? Is 4 the lowest, or the highest priority?

I don't think the priority system does anything right now as there are a bunch of jobs listed which aren't actually implemented. Just turn off Restore Item permissions in the roster screen.

Turned it off, now they've all switched to browsing social media lol

if you go into roster and disable restoring things on autotask he will do what you assigned him immediately. with it on you may have to wait a minute before he gets to itl.

as of right now most broken things in game can be fixed with a full game restart or just simply backing out to the main menu and reloading the save.

also, make heavy use of F5 for quick saving lol

now they're competing to change the lighting. One is changing the lights to orange, quickly followed by a change to blue. I wonder how long this can go on
