A lot of it seems outdated. Every youtube vid says replace your battery with the spare right away, but there is not even a spare in my starter pod. I'm not even to the reactor part yet lol.

It's just different than usual
For example i saw a lot of complaints about the piloting controls but in reality they're super intuitive and well implemented once you get the hang of it
Give it a few hours and you'll be strolling through space like you own the place
Surprisingly I figured out how to dock on the 2nd try. My main issue is, my pod is out of power/fuel and I have literally no idea how or where to get a replacement, so I'm just SOL and have to restart?
Costs a bit of money
If you're not at the station, your only hope is that the derelict you're docked to has salvageable N2 canisters, they're blue and easy to notice
If there are, then swap these with yours
Don't forget to repair so they don't blow up
Thanks that's very helpful
It's one of those games where part of the fun is learning what to do at all, but also there's a LOT of weirdly specific in-world depth in the manuals. The manual is the red rectangle in the tug, it's also on the home screen of the game and if you've got 2 monitors there's a link to the PDF versions of the manuals in the ESC menu!
