Visited Wracks no longer visible on radar
Wrecks that have already been visited are no longer on my radar.
Im not sure if it has something to do with because I transferred nav data from another pda to my pda because the description said I can find new ship locations...

Do wrecks disappear after a while or do they drift away or are they towed away by NPC salvagers?

Wrecks are removed periodically by OKLG Haulers, they also bring new ones out.

some of the derelicts do get towed away, but also sometimes you lose sight of them because you go on the other side of the asteroid

I had this happen once. It took me a while to realize that my nav data isn't stored in my PDA automatically when it comes to derelicts. When I change ships, i always copy my navdata from my nav console on my old ship and transfer it to the new ship.

As far as using data from other nav consoles to discover other wrecks, i never found this useful honestly, as they never show up on your map until you have unobstructed view/scan in the direction that it is. The only thing it really might have a use for is maybe putting a name to some ??? ships, however, i use those ??? to tell which ones i haven't visited yet.

I've had some wrecks disappear immediately after disconnecting my ship from them. Thinking that i have to maneuver around them afterwards to head back to the station, but realizing that they were just gone. Certainly no time for them to drift off or get hauled elsewhere.

For a while I thought maybe it was because I had salvaged too much from them or removed some critical component that the game was coded to auto-clean up if it didn't meet some set part limit, but doesn't sound like this behavior is intended.

I've seen this happen too. I think it might be caused by being docked to it when it's scheduled to be removed from orbit, and the game can't remove the ship while the player is docked to it. So what happens is as soon as you undock, it gets deleted per the queued removal. But this is just a hunch.

This was indeed a bug, which should hopefully be resolved in yesterday's 0.14.0.9 patch.

The cause was a little bit random, so it was hard to find at first. It happens when you undock right after an AI ship planned a route to fly near OKLG. AI planning would fast-forward or rewind the position of OKLG to help figure out a route. And if it finished before OKLG returned to normal time, the derelict would end up near this ffwd/rewind position, instead of the present.

Let us know if the patch fixed the issue for you!
