is there any way to sell reactor fuel?
I found a D20 canister with a bunch of fuel inside, but I can't seem to find any way to sell the fuel.
When I went to the fuel kiosk, I was only able to buy more fuel, not sell any. When i tried to sell the canister, the licensee kiosk appeared to only give me the price for the canister itself, not the fuel inside. The basic scrap kiosk didn't want the canister at all.
The canister itself had about 40.7k kilograms of D20 inside, but when I tried to sell it, the price I was given was about $700 for the low-condition canister, when the base sell price for a "like new" canister was about $2000.

edit, copied from my reply:
cool, the recent update made it so fuel inside the canister is counted in the sell price. Now. all they need to do is make it so cryo canisters are the same.

Reactor cryo fuel isn't actually implemented yet. A reactor only checks to ensure a tank is installed; no actual liquid helium is used.

really? because I found a cryo fuel tank in a derilect with cryo fuel inside. Is this just a placeholder of sorts, so the design has the cryo fuel ready when cryo fuel usage is implemented?

This is a half truth. The Cryo system is actually a closed loop system (like water radiators) and just recycles the same water through the lines. You should -never- need to refill a closed system unless there is a leak (realistically speaking anyway).

I hadn't thought of that! I wonder if they'll add additional mechanics to get rid of the heat rather than just get more liquid helium.
