I had like 17kPa o2 and 50 odd N2, when I returned to the refuel kiosk I had to basically fill the whole bar with 02
it's annoying, because the game gives you no easy estimate of time of o2 on your ship (afaik)
Ship wise, O2 alarm and a pump with O2 tank hooked up set to auto should suffice, make sure there's no holes to vacuum and you should be good, just click on the screws around the edge of the control panel to link devices. Same setup with N2 should work as well.
OKLG and just leave all doors open (I stand in the airlock), it will eventually equalise gas/pressures with the station.
CO2 issues might be rearing their head too as they build up over time, you can dock with OKLG to vent into their atmosphere, but CO2 alarm and a pump with a CO2 tank and scrubber if you can afford/find one will fix that.
Other than that, you can light an Oxygen Candle to provide more O2 in a confined area, or put a spare suit O2 canister down and bash(break) it to do similar.
I usually just suit up at OKLG and leave my suit on while I'm off station, then I don't worry about atmospheric stuff until I'm ready to setup a more final ship.
