Once Long Distance Travel and longer duration games are a thing it'll be more useful. That said there are other benefits to exercising for about an hour a day. Iirc it has similar/the same effects as the Ossifex pen (reducing atrophy gain etc.)
Boy...I cannot imagine many players ever dedicating that kind of time to do that.
I get about 1% per hour on it while in time skip mode.
There is some lag with what it detects you will be "doing" for the time skip, I jogged for 5 and then tried to sleep for 5, but because I only just laid down to sleep it counted 10 hours of jogging.
With exercise or sleeping it will say on the new time skip screen what you're doing and "Fitness" should appear there after in the bottom box saying "[Your name] is working on their cardiovascular health"
Might be more than 100 hours though, I haven't grinded it out and it may plateau (like real life).
