Trying to Understand Thing. Cargo Web

Today I query something which I can not find much in the way of an answer. Be it here in these discussions or out there on the internet.
That is Cargo Webs.

How do they work?
How do you set them up?
What is best use for them?

I think by the description they go on the outside and let you have a single block of cargo on the outside of your ship? Haven't tried them yet.

cargo webs basically give you more storage space on the outside of you ship, they work kinda like floors, in that you can put items down on/in them, but they dont seal atmo, so arent good for putting inside your ship

oh, and to answer the inevitable question of "why not just put extra floors/racks outside your ship" you can of course do that and that works too, but cargo webs are easier to install and have less weight which means better thrust!

Easier to Install is questionable. I would much like a "Multi Deconstruct" like the build option. So I can just tell my guy to Auto Deconstruct Walls and stuff...

check the orders tab(bottom button on the sidebar), there's a way to queue up multiple uninstall actions from there and pick specific layers/item types too~
