Does everyone start in debt?

Could you tell me how you find out what you have left to pay?

It tells you at the start how much debt you have, and I'm not sure if you can see your total remaining balance, but the point is that its meant to be such a big number that you aren't supposed to repay it all through picking over the boneyard. Eventually there's gonna be a lot more to do and that starting debt will be more of a gentle shove in the direction of encouraging players to think "hey maybe I can do things outside the law and take freedom into my own hands >:)"

The world of ostranauts will be an escape from the monotony of corporate life, but first we had to give you the thing to run away from haha!

If you're feeling OP and looking for things to do in the endgame I'd encourage you to look deeper into shipbuilding, or maybe investigate some of the more mysterious items people might try to sell you!

Also, there might be total mortgage debt info in the cash UI. If you click the "Cash" part of the UI at the bottom right, it opens up a ledger with all your payments and debts in it.

Does it say there on the mortgage lines?
